We are currently looking to hire a Secretary/ Administrator in our Maputo office.

Requirements

• Strong communication in English, written and spoken;
• Good capacity to lead and perform repetitive tasks with minimum level of supervision;
• Highly Competetent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
• Experience with organising and assisting in meetings (scheduling and taking notes);
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to communication at all levels.

General Requirements

• Mozambican nationality.
