Administrative and Financial Manager

Mozasem company, based in Maputo, specializing in the sale of seeds, search Administrative and Financial Manager.

Position and tasks:

Within the company and under the responsibility of the Directorate General, your duties will include:

Develop and manage efficiently the financial resources;
Ensure the development, maintenance and monitoring of accounting systems and procedures, administrative and financial;
Ensure the compliance of the company’s systems and procedures with the tax laws and regulations authorities in Mozambique.
Ensure timely preparation of all financial information to managers or to the authorities concerned.
Make periodic and annual inventory of assets;
Oversee the management of stocks of seed and office supplies;
Monitor bank accounts, customers and suppliers
Prepare statements and pay slips of staff;
Manage personnel files while guaranteeing their safety and privacy
Realize any other tasks within the scope of competences and entrusted to it by the Executive management.

Higher education type Advanced level + 3/4/5 (university or trade school), with a specialization in accounting, you have at a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or financial functions;
You are good communicating, organized, rigorous and teacher. You have the ability to supervise a team;
You are immediately available and are ready for a three months training in Ghana;
Your English is fluent and you are comfortable with IT management tools including Excel and accounting software;
We offer a salary plus benefits between 17.000 – 25.000 MZN. The salary will be reviewed after one year.
