Objective
Responsible for overall assistance in internal audit tasks.
Key Resposabilities
Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures;
Review, develop and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of the business;
Check and inspect the accuracy of accounts receivable and payable ledgers;
Check and inspect the accuracy of financial statements ( P&L, Balance Sheet);
Check and ensure current and fixed assets (inventories/cash etc..) recorded in the books are matching with physical;
Ensure compliance with local and national audit policies and regulations;
Ensure that the procedures of the Integrated Management of responsibility;
Perform other activities or tasks, unspecified above, whenever considered necessary to further the objectives of the company and the Group.
Requirements (Skills and Experience)
Degree in Accounting of related field;
5 years professional experience in relevant areas;
High computer skills (MS Office and ERP);
Knowledge about accounting principles, practices and methods;
Good oral and written communication skills (English and Portuguese);
Rational and logical thinking;
Results oriented;
Ability to analyze and interpret data;
Multi-tasking;
Proactive attitude;
Business awareness;
Stress management;
Ability to work with deadlines and without close supervision;
Quick learner and adaptability.
