Responsibilities
Supervising all bars, banquet beverage operations and the Lobby Lounge, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel;
Maximising revenue through increased sales and efficient cost management;
Advising on updates to the Beverage and Wine list so as to ensure an original and attractive beverage offering that meets the needs of our hotel;
To be aware of all Anantara Guest Incentive programs and promotions to improve guest satisfaction and increase of sales revenue;
Ensure that proper inventory, requisition, bar pars and control systems are in place to maintain security and cost control of all beverage operations areas;
Actively participate in departmental training, and deliver training as required to meet the needs of the business;
Implement a daily departmental training program;
Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times;
Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our Associates to Excel.
