Prime 360 is recruiting a Coach.

Mandatory Requirements

• Training in  Psychology, coaching or other related field;
• Experience in the use of coaching, NLP or other related tool;
• Strong skills and minimum of 3 years experience in facilitation;
• Ability to adapt and interact with employees at various levels (including senior management);
• Team work;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Report writing;
• Good use of Microsoft Office;
• Immediate availability.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety at Work;
• Work experience in an Industrial content.
