Mandatory Requirements
- Training in Psychology, coaching or other related field;
- Experience in the use of coaching, NLP or other related tool;
- Strong skills and minimum of 3 years experience in facilitation;
- Ability to adapt and interact with employees at various levels (including senior management);
- Team work;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Report writing;
- Good use of Microsoft Office;
- Immediate availability.
Desirable Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety at Work;
- Work experience in an Industrial content.
