Position and Tasks
Implement strategic sales training, planning and forecasting;
Identify customer and prospect opportunities and establish a plan to capitalize on these opportunities with sales representatives, dealers;
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team;
Continually teach representatives new and better ways to meet the needs of the customer;
Understand customer needs and provide feedback to organization on product performance;
Coach the commercial team to enhance selling activity, differentiate products and services and build relationships;
Set sales targets and tactical plans;
Work with all sales and Marketing automation tools and applications;
Administrate promotional programs and communications campaigns (Knowledge of email newsletter tools such as Mail Chimp);
Share customer feedback and retail observations, bring forward potential solutions;
Curiosity for uncovering emerging social media platforms and/or first-mover opportunities on existing platforms
Coordinate public relations;
Promote and improve customer service and communication with customers;
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, marketing activities, etc;
Follow sales and forecasts to ensure the availability of products and oversee the preparation of orders.
Profile
Bachelor´s Degree, or equivalent, in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing required. Will consider other degrees with related field sales experience;
At Least 5 years sales experience, managing and coaching individuals;
Good Communication, organized, rigorous and teacher. Your English is fluent and you are comfortable with IT management tools including Excel, Word, Outlook and other related computer skills required;
Able to multi-task and work on several team projects simultaneously.
We offer a salary plus benefits between 15.000 – 20.000 MZN. The salary will be reviewed after one year.
