Corporate Affaires General Manager (Heading) Tempo Inteiro

Heading Human Resources is looking for a Corporate Affaires General Manager for Africa for a Multinational client.

The Manger will have the mandate and authority to provide hands-on support with the CA departments at sites/operations throughout the Africa Region, which will oversee, in the development, implementation and measurement of CA strategies, policies and action plans.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management of the CA Africa Staff;
• Management of external consultants and a budget;
• Management of the interface between Vale and Key Regional Associations;
• Management and development of the Africa Region CA strategic planning workshop.

Profile:

• With 12 years of experience in similar positions;
• Graduate in relevant Areas;
• Significant knowledge and comprehensive understanding of policy making processes and government legislative bodies across multiple jurisdictions;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, knowledge in other languages will be considered an asset.
