Corporate Sales Executive (Office Automation) Tempo Inteiro

Office Automation is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our sales team. This person will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities, interfacing with senior level decision-makers via phone and in-person meetings, and communicating the business value proposition in a consultative manner. The candidate must be extremely professional, bilingual, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently on multiple projects at the same time. This territory will be primarily Maputo and Matola, with a countrywide footprint

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Researching and qualifying corporate prospects in various markets throughout Mozambique;
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions;
• Presenting the business value proposition to high level decision makers via in-person meetings;
• Establishing and maintaining close relationships with corporate clients and their decision makers;
• Consulting with existing clients on how our business can provide the most value to their business;
• Additional projects as assigned by the manager.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree coupled with at least 6 years of experience in a business-to-business sales role;
• Must be focused and organized and have excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills;
• Must be a highly intelligent, driven individual with an extraordinary amount of professionalism and common sense;
• Must be comfortable giving and receiving criticism, asking a lot of questions, and taking ownership;
• Must be extremely responsible, have an open and engaging personality, and a quick mind.

Addicional Required Attributes

• Mozambican national;
• Own car;
• Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English;
• Substantial local network, particularly in office automation;
• Occupied a similar role for not less than 5 years;
• Good interpersonal skills and engaging with people;
• Assertive;
• Self-starter;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Results focused;
• Relative university degree or experience.
