Cost Engineer (Heading) Tempo Inteiro

Heading Human Resources Mozambique is searching for a Cost Engineer (M/F) to work in Mozambique. Our client is a major provider in the areas of design and consulting services in the energy and industry sectors.

Technical Profile:

• Relevant Higher level qualification (Quantity Surveyor or similar);
• Experience between 4 and 10 years (Bridges, Earthworks and Roads);
• Experience in understanding of FIDIC and NEC contracts;
• Experience estimating and/or QS management;
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written;
• Driver´s License (for more than 2 years).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Contractors work to Contract expectations;
• Maintain and promote good working relationships and sharing of information within the Procurement and Contracts team and other disciplines;
• Control of Contract Measurements including quantities, work completed and work outstanding;
• Provide information on the progress and Financial status per Contract;
• Control of Contract amendments (Scope, Value and / Schedule).
