- Advanced Wizard training.
Experience and Knowledge
- 15-17yrs experience in General Manager role (with Grade 12);
- Management and Leadership experience (5-10yrs experience);
- Expatriate experience (at least 3 years);
- Country-specific key legislation;
- Product knowledge;
- Knowledge of different business functions;
- All internal business processes;
- SAGE and ACCPAC (any other financial systems knowledge);
- Fleet management and car rental industry knowledge;
- Automotive / mechanical knowledge.
