Heading Moçambique is searching for a client, for a Customer Service Supervisor (M/F), to be based in Maputo.
To be responsible for the operational back office, meaning that the candidate will deal with all paperwork related to the reception and the despatch of product by vessel, truck or rail car, with the validation of product movements, coordination/planning of the Customer orders with internal and external resources (mainly Customs, Agents, CFM). This person will also be involved in the operations, administration of tank inventories, movement reporting to Customers and Authorities.
Requirements
- Honours Degree in Administration, Management or Port Management;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position;
- Training in Managing Inventories or logistics will be an advantage;
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
