Electrical Supervisor (Human Capital Moz)

Department: Maintenance Report to: Maintenance Manager

Objective

• Responsible for coordinating and planning all electrical maintenance activities (preventive and reactive) in collaboration with the Electricians.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance plan, including shutdown, preventive, reactive and planning;
• Ensure higher levels of production and smooth operation of all electrical units;
• Ensure high levels of management confidence as a result of machine functionality;
• Ensure team formation processes;
• Accompany the activities of production and supply of spare parts;
• Perform periodic examinations and calibration of all equipment;
• Provide support and advice on equipment purchases;
• Coordinate, in partnership with the Project Manager, the requirements for technical issues of the production units;
• Ensure all calibration and maintenance records;
• Keep records of daily, weekly and monthly activities;
• Maintain records of the updating of equipment spare parts;
• Cooperate with the mechanical and maintenance area;
• Supervising the work done by subordinates
• Assume full responsibility for the work place to which it is assigned, ensuring the cleanliness of the place and organization of the equipment;
• Ensure the updating of all electrical designs;
• Ensure the implementation and compliance with current safety standards;
• Minimize the technical response time using the superior when necessary;
• Ensure all electrical parts of your workplace including all internal lighting and connect all safety and cleaning procedures;
• Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System procedures of its responsibility;
• Carry out other activities or tasks, not specified above, whenever deemed necessary for the pursuit of the objectives of the company and the Group.

Requirements [Competences and Experience]

• Minimum experience of 6 years in the role of industrial maintenance electrician (grinding, pasta and biscuit manufacture) – Mandatory;
• Academic skills at the level of technical-professional education;
• Ability to read drawings of electrical installations;
• High Initiative capacity;
• High sense of responsibility and honesty;
• High time availability;
• High technical responsiveness;
• Resistance to stress.
