RHDC – Consulting Services Ltd, is a rightful Mozambican company of consultancy in Human Resources that operates in the areas of Job Agency, Recruitment and Selection, Temporary Work, Training, Competence Evaluation and Development. Our Customer is an emergent International Elementary School with Levels 1 – 8. During 2015 it is launching a dynamic and innovative programme at its offices in Pemba, north of Mozambique. Due to its development, intends to recruit, Elementary School Teachers, to start January 2015.
Responsibilities
Teach one or two elementary levels using the Cambridge Curriculum;
Maintain clear and concise evaluation records for all learners;
Contribute to the development of the curriculum and the school;
Encourage a holistic approach to learning;
Encourage creative and critical thinking in the classroom;
Organise extra curriculum school events (sport, arts & culture).
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and/or Early Childhood Education;
Ability to teach in English;
Ability to teach in a multi-cultural environment;
Previous teaching experience in a similar environment;
Ability to work in a rural environment with limited resources;
