- Identify new KEY self-selling sites within the Golden Triangle and acquire these sites and previously identified sites in line with budget objectives.
- Plan and build key sites networks such as the border network, school package etc.
- Target key sites which maybe with competitors which could be signed over to the company
- Source specific sites where clients expressly require them
- Analyse existing landlord agreements and decide whether to upgrade, cull or change existing sites
- Ensure the necessary applications are lodged with councils and approved permits obtained for all sites
- Ensure all existing concession, landlord and council agreements are renewed and kept current.
- Ensure all concessions, landlords and councils are paid punctually
- Ensure costs to landlords, concessions and councils are controlled and maintained at acceptable level by ensuring landlords are on income-sharing contracts and no payments are made for no billing sites
- Analyse existing landlord agreements and decide whether to upgrade, cull or change existing sites with the objective of cost-control and return optimisation
- Develop and maintain relationships with councils, governments and private landlords so as to maximize the company objectives.
- Maintain and update the private landlords and councils database such that all agreements and the summary of agreements are always kept current.
- Order and arrange installation of the media in the newly acquired or planned upgraded sites
- Source Installers and Structural Engineers in line with the company’s outsource policies and ensure that the outsourced partners are appropriately managed in line with company guidelines.
- Source and work with qualified engineers to ensure boards installed meet the required quality standards
- Ensure our media assets represent the brand and face of the company, by being appropriately maintained.
- Ensure a report detailing all media assets which need to be maintained to the group’s quality standards is sent to the relevant department and followed
- Provide specifications required for media assets to be properly captured in the Asset Management System.
- File, collate and organize all photographs of media such that the outsource partners are paid in accordance with these photographs and that these photos are passed onto the Client Service Department.
