Profile Required
- Master’s degree (or equivalent academic qualification) or Bachelor’s degree with additional 5 years of professional experience in Development/Social Sciences/Economics/Agriculture or any other subject relevant and/or related to the assignment;
- S/he should prove relevant and progressively responsible professional experience in designing adult learning approaches, training, technical writing and/or management of training teams, including: assessing and identifying capacity building needs, development of training materials, organizing and conducting TOTs and measuring impact of capacity building programs;
- S/he should prove experience in developing behavior change initiatives in a combination of livelihoods, gender, and agricultural/ value chain development or similar activities, knowledge of access to finance and markets is a plus.
