Export Assistant (Human Capital) Tempo Inteiro

Reports to: Export Manager

Objective

• Assist the Export Manager in the overall administrative export procedures and client management.

Key Responsabilities

• Preparing/ Supervising Export support documents;
• Establish constant communication with Customs and Port authorities, maintaining cooperate relationship;
• Coordinate stock requirement with Production on a daily Basis;
• Coordinate Export Loadings (Communicating with Clients and in-house warehouse) on a daily basis;
• Record and Maintain export data of daily loading and Payment by client;
• Develop and send weekly and monthly reports of Export loadings to the Export Manager;
• Issue Proforma / Invoices and other relevant documents for all Export deals;
• Update the billing system regularly;
• Ensure compliance with procedures of the Integrated Management of your responsibility;
• Carry out other activities or tasks, unspecified ago, where these are deemed necessary to achieve the objectives of the company and the Group;
• Perform other tasks as needed and when requested by superiors.

Requirements [Skills and Experience]

• 12^th Grade in relevant area;
• 5 years’ experience in handling Import / Export procedures (Mandatory);
• Good computer skills;
• Experienced in Management Systems (Primavera) – Mandatory;
• Verbal and written proficiency in both Portuguese and English (mandatory);
• High negotiation skills;
• Good problem solving skills;
• Good interpersonal communication skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Accurate and organized;
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
