Finance Manager (Heading) Tempo Inteiro

Heading Moz is searching for a Finance Manager (M/F) to be part of a new project for World Vision financed by the US Government, to be based in Quelimane.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing leadership and technical support in grant financial management, ensuring full compliance with all donor and NGO financial/ grant regulations and ensure capacity building of project and sub-grantee partner staff.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields;
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant is preferable;
• Requires at least 7 years grant accounting experience and budgetary preparation skills, preferably within a non-governmental organization. A minimum of 3 must be in a senior supervisory role;
• Knowledge and experience in USAID grant regulations and processes is strongly preferred;
• Computer knowledge, good ability of spreadsheet, accounting systems such as Sun system and Vision excel;
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
