Financial Expert – Broadband Strategy Project (Axir) Temporário

Requirements

• Possesses a postgraduate degree in Economics/Finance;
• Experience in the areas of regulatory aspects of telecom sector, as well as commercial and financial expertise and also analytical, quanitive and cost model;
• At least 5 years of experience in the Telecommunication/ICT industry;
• Preferably more than 2 years experience in projects and services of the same complexity in developing countries (e.g. regions of Africa, Central America, South America, Asia and Eastern Europe);
• Based on the draft of broadband strategy with roadmap, estimate timeframes, resource requirement and budgets;
• Propose a model for broadband development in the public sector;
• Evaluate the potential use of broadband service to facilitate the shift to a knowledge based economy (e.g. e-Commerce, e-Government, Job creation in IT and service industries);
• Analyze the potential of local domestic/local broadband to lead to a knowledge based economy.
