VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

FUTURO mcb, SA, a financial institution headquartered in Nampula City on National Road No. 8, Namutequeliua District, intends to hire a Financial Analyst for its staff.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

The financial analyst isresponsible for tracking a company’s financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping managers make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.

Qualification:

·         Monitor the performance of the organization by comparing current versus budget values.

·         Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports.

·         Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the business plan.

·         The ability to produce flawless, accurate, and attention to detail reports.

·         Strong financial analysis and accounting skills (GAAP / IFRS).

·          Familiarity with microfinance business modeling tools is an advantage.

·         Strong analytical skills.

·         Proven ability to handle large amounts of data in Excel files, including pivot tables.

·         Ability to work in a team environment.

·         Advanced computer skills in a Windows environment, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

·         Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·         Participate in initiatives or projects that may be defined.

Necessary requirements:

·        Degree in Finance, accounting, banking, economics, or related fields.

·         Minimum of two years of duly proven financial experience.

·        English, written and oral fluency required.
