HSE Manager (Elite International Careers)

Our client is a Leading Company providing logistical solutions to companies in a diverse range of industries.

General Purpose: To provide site safety leadership, ensure facility compliance with corporate safety standards, implement safety directives, improve safety performance, and ensure facility safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand the application of the Health and Safety at Work relevant to the business;
• Ensures all safety manuals, programs and policies and practices are current with training requirements of company and contract;
• Keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention of the Regional Director;
• Ensure that all “assessments” as required by legislation are conducted and reviewed at relevant intervals and to maintain records of the same;
• Conduct health and safety inspections and prepare reports of all the company’s operations;
• To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Revelant academic qualifications;
• Over 5 years experience working in similar area;
• Fluent in English;
• Available to travel.
