To develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organisation;
Work closely wiht other managers, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, performance management, redundancy planning etc);
Provide support to staff on HR issues, as and when required;
Develop Human Resources Department;
Participates in administrative meetings;
Participate on the Wages negotiation on annual basis;
Being pro-active in rendering a professional service to Line;
To build on an established working relationship with Line Management;
