Responsabilities
1. Visits business establishments to solicit business for printing firm.
2. Contacts prospects, following leads submitted by management, established customers, or developed through other sources.
3. Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
4. Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers with everything they need.
5. May prepare sales promotional letters to be sent to prospective customers.
6. May submit formal bids on large orders of printed matter.
7. Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales in Maputo and Regions.
8. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
· Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently
meeting or exceeding targets
· Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Strong business sense and industry expertise
· Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
· Fluent in English and Portuguese
NOTES
The candidate is required to be comfortable travelling around Mozambique
Experience in the print solutions or IT business is an advantage.
