Our Customer is a Holding, which deals with manufacture industry spare parts based in German, with offices in South Africa, intends to launch its offices in Mozambique -Maputo. Due to its development, intends to recruit: Key Accounts Manager.
Duty:
Implement of company Automotive Aftermarket strategy in terms of parts, bytes and workshop concepts;
Define, propose and implement customer strategy based market factors and customer needs;
Feedback competitor activities with counter proposals;
Handling and customer distribution of marketing and sales promotional materials;
Product sales training to direct and indirect customers;
Direct and indirect customer communications (purchase statistics, product information);
Solicitation of customer orders and incremental business ‘hardselling’;
Development and implementation of regional/customer specific campaigns including campaign targets, return on investments, motivation for target market;
Participation in customer events (‘mad saturday’, store openings, conventions);
Overall responsibility for customer meetings incl. budget discussions, review meetings;
Customer support in terms of driving problem solutions within division;
Productivity in terms of regular and frequent customer visits in line with agreed turnover and potential priority; CRM Customer care and data updates;
Proactive approach to turnover development within region of responsibility in terms of workshop concept development and customer overreach;
Identification of new vehicles in workshops; Driving company workshop concept purchases via agreed distributor network;
Extra focus on SPRS (sale performance remuneration system) targets;
Manage distribution of catalogues and brochures; Drive campaigns on all aspects of customer awareness, participation and feedback; Market strategy; Info on competitors for analysis; Budget reviews and presentations; SPRS monitoring/management;
Wholesaler Customer purchase budget ; Customer special pricing; Customer specific quotations; Regional / customer campaigns; Management of campaign funds;
