Logistic/ General Affair Official (Good Neighbors)

Responsibilities

• Management of office/project logistics; Develop/implement the country logistics policies and procedures for the management of the supply chain, including transport and distribution, warehousing and stock management, and for the management of vehicle fleets and assets;
• Ensure that the supply chain is appropriate and cost effective, based on budget markets, infrastructure, nature of the Good Neighbors programs, and need for timely delivery;
• Assist Administration office works including ensuring office security condition and clearance;
• The post-holder will comply with all relevant Good Neighbors policies and procedures with respect to child safeguarding, safety and security, code of conduct and other relevant policies.

Qualification

• Mozambican Nationality;
• Above Bachelor school degree;
• Good communication skill written and oral (Portuguese, English);
• Computer literacy and good documentation skills;
• Willingness to travel to rural area;
• A minimum of 2 years of related-experience in either logistics/administration field or humanitarian development field.
