Department: Logistics / Production Reports to: Logistics Supervisor – Maputo
Objective
Responsible for ensuring all administrative support of the logistics associated with the flow of water activities, transfer, loading and activities related to material input and output material in bulk (wheat and corn).
Main Responsibilities
Checking, monitoring and recording all entries of wheat and corn;
Insert records of entries and exits in the spring;
Supervise unloading wheat and corn and elaborate reporting reports to the superior;
Guide the activities of loading / unloading of raw materials;
Process the cost control maps with medium and long-haul transport;
Check the attendance of casual staff in Porto and Stema during the flow of activity and / or transfer;
Report all occurrences of the activities;
Warn and to ensure safety procedures;
Ensure compliance with procedures of the Integrated Management of your responsibility;
Perform other activities or tasks, unspecified, if they are deemed necessary to attain the objectives of the company and the Group.
Knowledge, Experience and Competence
Grade 12 or equivalent;
Minimum experience of 3 years in the logistics area;
Experience in warehouses and / or port (preferred);
