Manufacturing Manager (RHDC)

RHDC – Consulting Services Ltd, is a rightful Mozambican company of consultancy in Human Resources that operates in the areas of Job Agency, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Competence Evaluation and Development, Temporary Work.

Our Customer is an International Company and it is a leading agri-business operating from seed to shelf in 65 countries, supplying food and industrial raw materials to over 13,800 customers worldwide. In its team of 23,000 employees has built a leadership position in many businesses including cocoa, coffee, cashew, rice and cotton, with offices in Mozambique. Due to its development, intends to recruit the following positions: Manufacturing Manager.

Position: Manufacturing Manager           

Desired Qualification: Engineering background (Food Processing; Chemistry; Electrical Mechanics

Desired Experience: + 10 years in Senior Manufacturing/Production environment – FMCG

Responsibilities

Responsible for Project Execution in respect of:

• Scheduling of production taking into account:
  • Quality Requirements, Asset Availability, Manpower and volume;
• Optimized Line efficiency;
• Maximized yields;
• Produced quality product to standard;
• Developed people skills through designated programs for both Technical and managerial competencies to ensure optimal people and business productivity;
• Managed E3 Compliance;
• Environment;
• Health and safety;
• Product Quality Assurance;
• Production Variances;
• Production Overheads;
• Labour Cost;
• Executed maintenance programs for: Land and Building, Equipment & Machines;
• Develop & execute the regional manufacturing looking at: Process design, Optimization Projects and efficiencies;
• Monthly input and weekly: review as part of S&OP process.
