Material and Equipment Inspector (Heading) Tempo Inteiro

Heading Moz is searching for a Material and Equipment Inspector (M/F), to be based in Pemba.

Responsibilities

• The main purpose of this position is to ensure the quality of company and contractor procured materials and equipment through direct inspection and witnessing of acceptance tests at suppliers’ manufacturing facilities by participating in kick-off meetings with suppliers and pre-inspection meetings, reviewing and approving suppliers’ quality control plan, monitoring of quality control activities performed by suppliers, controlling quality control certificates and documents issued by suppliers and supervising material and equipment releases.

Requirements

• Technical diploma;
• Quality assurance and Quality control basic courses;
• 3 Years of technical and Oil & Gas Industry experience;
• Intermediate knowledge of English and of the local language is preferred;
• Knowledge of Standard ISO, TQM and Quality system.
