Solidarités International is launching an external recruitment for a two MEAL Manager for 1 in Mueda and 1 in Mocimboa da Praia.
Solidarités International (SI) is an international humanitarian NGO that has been providing assistance to populations affected by armed conflicts and natural disasters for over 40 years, addressing their vital needs for food, water, and shelter. Particularly involved in the fight against diseases related to unsafe water, the leading cause of death worldwide, SI's interventions provide expertise in the domain of access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene promotion, as well as in the crucial area of food security and livelihoods. Present in Mozambique since 2019, SI implements emergency/post-emergency programs in the WASH sector in Cabo Delgado region.

Summary of role and responsibilities:
The MEAL Manager will be responsible for overseeing monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities, ensuring the implementation of SI’s policies and priorities within the Mueda zone of intervention. The MEAL Manager will provide strategic direction for his area of intervention, technical support, and lead the development of MEAL tools and methodologies to ensure program quality and accountability.
