Mechanical QA Inspector (Heading) Tempo Inteiro

Heading Moz is searching for a Mechanical QA Inspector (M/F), for a client working in the field of Oil and Gas, to be based in Maputo.

The Mechanical QA Inspector will be responsible for

• Execute the tasks at hand with respect to the Q&A procedures and requirements and the advancements of the worksTestify Ultrasonic proofing, dye penetration checks, X-ray and mechanical testing;
• Visual inspection of welding;
• Verifying material certificates in the field and construction procedures in the field;
• Supporting the Q&A Supervisor for Welding qualifications;
• Photographic registration of the works.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Mechanical;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial environment, preferably the tank terminal business;
• Experience in an international and multi-cultural background;
• Well established computer skills, more specifically the Microsoft® and the Lotus Notes® applications;
• Beside Portuguese, being fluent in English written and spoken is imperative.
