RHDC – Consulting Services Ltd, is a rightful Mozambican company of consultancy in Human Resources that operates in the areas of Job Agency, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Temporary Work, Competence Evaluation and Development.

Our Customer is AstraZeneca a global, science led Biopharmaceutical Company. It is one of only a handful of companies to span the entire life-cycle of a medicine from research and development to manufacturing and supply, and the global commercialisation of primary care and speciality care medicines. It operates in more than 100 countries, including Mozambique and its innovative medicines are used by millions of patients worldwide. Due to its development, intends to recruit, Medical Sales Representative.

Purpose Statement

• To drive marketing of AstraZeneca Brands across Mozambique market and transfer skills and knowledge to the Medical professionals;
• To positively influence customers’ prescribing behaviour to achieve sales targets. Develop territory and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximising sales volume and market share of designated products on a given territory.

Minimum Requirement

• Must be an Mozambican Citizen or retain residence permit;
• Demonstrate experience and market knowledge in Mozambique;
• Must have a qualification in pharmacy or medical sciences;
• At least 4 years’ experience as a Medical Sales representative preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent Interpersonal and persuasive skills;
• Management of cross functionality across the organisation;
• Strong presentation skills; Team player;
• Ability to analyse data to formulate business plan;
• Strong organisational skills with a quality focus on: Analysis; Planning; Time management and Coordination of Activities;
• Sound Business knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry;
• Proven competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Must have Drive Licence and able to travel internally and overseas.
