Malaria Consortium is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join our team in Maputo, Mozambique. The position holder will provide leadership in working with various project partners and government stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and coordination of mHealth activities within the national health infrastructure. The position will work with key technology partners and technical content experts to oversee the design clinically and user cantered design for of mHealth tools deployed and act in partner coordination role for the project.
The successful candidate will have:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or information & Technology;
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in public health management with demonstrated experience in donor budget management, reporting and coordinating field activities;
- Experience working with government and non-government;
- Experience preparing high quality donor reports;
- Technical experience in malaria, nutrition, health systems strengthening or a related area.
Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Demonstrated project facilitation and coordination skills;
- Self –motivated and has strong desire to drive project forward;
- Demonstrates strong people skills and is able to engage with expert health professionals, MISAU, donors and other partners in English;
- Possesses intermediate capabilities and confidence in using Excel;
- Strong organizational skills, strong follow-through and willingness/ability to train people;
- People management or supervision experience;
- Excellent skills in report writing (for internal and donor reporting).
