Operations Manager (Human Capital Mozambique)

Skills

• Plan, organize, direct, controls and review the day to day operations;
• Minimum of 3 years relevant management experience at a middle management level with a strategic orientation;
• 3 Years Staff, information and process management experience (Leadership and people management);
• 2 Years IT Service Delivery management;
• Oversee 2 sites, 1 in Tête and other in Maputo (2 Staff Members);
• Manage time and attendance and leave of employees;
• Desktop server network/ Desktop Engineering;
• Server maintenance;
• User assistance and maintenance;
• Technician skills would be required for IT related problems.

Essential Qualification Skills

• ITIL Foundation;
• ITIL Intermediate (Operations Management);
• Preferred Qualification:
  • Tertiary IT related qualification equivalent to a Degree;
  • Project Management Certificate;
  • MCITP or Equivalent Certification.
