Operator Administrator Tempo Inteiro NOVO

The Eazi Access is hiring an Operator Administrator.

Reports to: Country Manager

Location: Matola (Mozambique)

Purpose of the Position

• Provide operational administration support by coordinating operator timesheets, scheduling, mobilization documentation and site compliance tracking for the MEWP and Machine Operator workforce.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / N3.
• Minimum: Matric or equivalent qualification and administrative computer literacy.
• Recommended: Relevant administration qualification and knowledge of operator workforce environments.

Experience

• 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably supporting operations, logistics or workforce deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly operator timesheets for contract administration, invoicing, filing, and SharePoint uploads.
• Track operator licenses, medical clearances and flying approvals and monitor renewals.
• Coordinate operator scheduling, workforce rotations, and deployment logistics.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine operator administrative queries and documentation.
• Maintain attendance records and site allowance charge out information.
• Support mobilization activities and escalate compliance gaps, no-shows, or operational issues.
