KeyRh is a Human Resources and Payroll service provider. Our HR business process services cover workforce management, time and attendance, local, regional payroll, talent administration, and people analytics. KeyRh intends to fill for her client the following position: Business Development Officer
Responsabilities
Broker engagements and relationship management.
Service levels management;
Research and build relationships with new clients;
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the organization;
Plan approaches and pitches;
Participate in pricing the solution or service;
Attend industry functions;
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate;
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet targets;
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels;
Collaboration with the underwriting and claims department;
Marketing Communications;
Market Intelligence;
Market analysis & planning and new product development;
Crafting business and partnership proposals;
Competitive analysis and monitoring;
Any other duties as directed by AGM operations.
