Business Lead

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Business Lead, for Maputo.

Duties

• Conduct studies to determine commercial strategy;
• Establish a strong sales and customer support team with B2C focus;
• Ensure effective product development and provide detailed reports that support the development of sales, marketing, and communication strategies~;
• Assist in the setting of goals and defining project objectives and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant;
• 5+ years of proven FMCG experience in leadership, team-building, project and/program management;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
