F&B Manager Tempo Inteiro

Responsibilities

• Monitor the compliance with company standards, quality of work and customer service;
• Be responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience;
• To forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance;
• To maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement;
• Ensure smooth running of service maintenance.

Requirements

• Extensive background in F&B operations;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent English & Portuguese;
• Good organizational skills and strong leadership skills;
• Technically proficient in computer software application;
• Hotel Management Graduate with experience in five star Hotels;
• Experience working as a Manager minimum 3 years.
