Field Coordinator Tempo Inteiro

The Ipsos Mozambique is hiring a Field Coordinator.

The Field Coordinator manages daily face to face field activities, which entails management of FC’s work allocation and planning, including the following activities for each project;
The Field Coordinator will need to demonstrate an increasing understanding of the team and company strategy, business objectives and plan as well as their individual contribution to the team.
The Field Coordinator will need to support/ participate in team specific initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributes effectively to client relationships through seeking knowledge and understanding of the client and their business environment;
• Builds knowledge of relevant Ipsos Pan Africa and Ipsos Mozambique tools and techniques and begin to apply it to projects;
• Demonstrate understanding of how one’s actions impact on job costs and profitability,
• To manage face-to-face fieldwork team in Mozambique and where Ipsos and Mozambique commissions jobs;
• To ensure face-to-face data collection is delivered to the defined projects briefs and conforms to the MRSC Code of Conduct, ESOMAR and ISO20252 standards;
• To maintain a high level of motivation among all staff in the sub- region leading by example;

• To ensure all F2F budgets (transfer price) are created as internal jobs in job book;
• Ensures all the administrative daily output required of the team is met;
• Works effectively with members of the team and internal clients;
• To provide strong guidance to people reporting into this position and motivate the coach team members regions and regions if required;
• To build and develop the people in the team and carry out appropriate performance management activities;
• To manage the field team, enduring they are efficient and effective and hit the key performance targets;
• To maintain a high level of motivation among all staff in the sub-region, leading by example.

Knowledge and Skills

Education

• High School Diploma essential.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year administration or management experience in the Market Research Industry.

Additional Requirements

• Good people management skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines;
• Proficiency with the MS Office package;
• Ability to learn other software packages.
