TJ Consultants is a Human Resources Strategic Consulting company that is looking for a Mechanical Foreman, a client company that works in agriculture.
Responsabilities
- Perform repair work on agricultural equipment (Tractor and diesel equipment when necessary);
- Disassemble, repair and assemble the equipment;
- Perform diagnostic maintenance and repair services, applying corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance;
- Conduct inspection activities to diagnose the equipment’s state of repair and operation;
- Follow technical standards of quality and environmental preservation, complying with SHE policy and procedures.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent;
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record;
- Minimum 6 years of agriculture experience;
- Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical field, or thorough working knowledge of related mechanical equipment;
- Ability to complete regular local travel to well-sites as required by job responsibilities;
- Exposure to and driving in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, extreme cold, sun, rain, hail, sleet, high winds, etc. to run well routes and inspect and repair equipment.
