We are looking for an experienced service operations manager (m/f ) for the operational lead for the local service organization in the telecommunication / IT sector in Maputo.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing servicedesk operations;
- Managing local field service operations;
- Managing of the national service team.
Your Profile
- Completed engineering or software related study or technical training with business administration skills (further training as master or technician);
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position with managing responsibility for >10 people;
- Computer literacy especially on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) a must;
- Familiar with ITIL basics and processes;
- Very good written and spoken English skills;
- Open minded and action-oriented complete your profile.
