We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist (m/f ) in Maputo to support our Human Resources in Mozambique and liaison with the headquarter.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruiting of new employees;
• Preparation of the monthly payroll;
• Preparation of standard employment contracts;
• Providing legal opinions related to the labor law;
• Implementation of time management;
• Contact person for all questions from the employees.

Your Profile

• Experience in payroll;
• Knowledge of the labor law;
• Knowledge about taxes and social insurance;
• Knowledge about common Microsoft Office programs;
• Good written and spoken English knowledge.
