Human Resources Business Partner Tempo Inteiro

The company Probe Mining Mozambique, Lda would like to hire to its team of staff a Human Resources Business Partner (M/F)  for the operations in Tete. Experience in the HR environment and fluency in both English and Portuguese are a must for the consideration of the applicants for interviews.

Required Qualification/ Skills

• HR and Payroll knowledge;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese;
• Mozambican Labor and Safety Laws;
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Qualification/Skills

• Matric + B Degree in HRM;
• 3 – 5 years HR generalist experience in HR environment;
• Excellent communication skills.
