Requirements

• Proven professional experience in the technical areas of insurance for at least a period of 2 consecutive years;
• Experience in team management and leadership;
• High sense of responsibility;
• High professionalism: methodical and precision;
• High analysis capacity: Innovation and pro-activity;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Interpersonal relationship skills;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Ability to work without supervision;
• Ability to resolve complex insurance issues;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise insurance staff, assisting with initial placement and insurance renewals;
• Maintain low-loss ratios;
• Ensure a high standard of customer service;
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies;
• Perform insurance functions as needed, including processing claims, billings, and policy changes.
