We are looking for an experienced Network- and IT-System-Technician (m/f ) to support our nationwide software and network solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Installation and support of client systems and integration into network infrastructures;
Good knowledge of communication protocols;
Hardware- and Network-Support – profound knowledge of network infrastructure elements like Firewalls
(HP) and Switches (Dell, SonicWall), etc;
Training of users acting as a contact person for our customers;
Service interventions across the country of Mozambique.
Your Profile
Completed training/ degree in IT, network and/ or system integration or its equivalent, together with a well-founded and relevant practical experience;
Good written and spoken English skills;
Courteous and customer-oriented;
Sustainable and responsible working practices;
Good technical network knowledge, databases knowledge (SQL basics);
Knowledge of programming (Java, C#) and experience in MS Server administration is advantage;
Willingness to work across Mozambique, Driving license preferable;
Communications skills, accuracy, ability to work in a team and very high self-initiative complete your profile.
