Our client, an international company operating in the construction industry seeks suitable candidates for a vacancy that has arisen in their organization.
Objectives of the Role
The supervisor is a professional who supervises the activities and operations, so as to ensure that all procedures and standards are met, attending clients and meeting deadlines requires an effective manager. A competent supervisor knows how to communicate effectively, solve problems, and motivate employees so they should know the strengths of their employees.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and monitor the evolution of work orders;
Monitor whether service orders are being served conveniently indicating improvements or corrections if they are necessary;
Critically analyze the performance of the sector under its responsibility;
Analyze, develop and recommend techniques and equipment that aim to improve the performance of your sector;
Conduct operational reports on the activities of the sector on its responsibility.
Qualifications and Skills
Medium Level Technical and Professional Training in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar function;
Solid computer skills in the perspective of the user;
