RHDC Consultoria & Serviços is recruiting for its client that operates in the agro – processing sector, a Sales Supervisor who will have the responsibility to oversee sales operations in 3 districts of Maputo Province.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for directing, managing and motivating the sales team members so that they can together achieve the sales targets and figures;
• Responsible for developing strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned;
• Assist the Sales Manager to resolve customer complaints and issues within the Sales Department for effective customer retention;
• Supervising the various shift structures appointed to different employees or sales team members;
• Delegate work and supervise the Sales Representatives team;
• Handle the employee related issues and motivating the Sales team;
• He/she must see to it that all the employees adhere to the company’s policies and rules and work as per the instructions given to them;
• The major goal of the position is aimed towards ensuring that every sales team member works in a way which is directed towards achieving the desired sales figures.

Required Qualifications

Educational and Experience

• A Degree in Marketing or Business Administration;
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience;
• Knowledge of Fast Consumer Moving Goods (FCMG) sales strategies;
• Minimum two (2) years experience in an FCMG context.

• Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong organization skills;
• Strong leadership skills.

Language

• Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
