We are looking for an experienced Software Field Service Engineer (m/f ) for nationwide application and network support for our clients, mainly in the provincial capitals in Maputo.

Your Responsibilities

• Installation and support of our software solutions;
• Performing trainings and acting as a contact person for our customers;
• Service interventions across the country of Mozambique.

Your Profile

• Preferably technical university graduate;
• Work experience on similar positions preferred;
• Good technical knowledge, databases knowledge (SQL basics) and network basics;
• Knowledge of programming (Java, C#) and experience in MS Server administration;
• Willingness to work partially across the country of Mozambique;
• Driving license;
• Very good written and spoken English skills;
• Communication skills, accuracy, ability to work in a team and a very high self-initiative complete your profile.
