Talent Manager Tempo Inteiro

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Talent Manager, for Maputo.

Duties

• Maintain diplomacy, respect, sensitivity and self-control in all interactions with colleagues in own and other departments;
• Drive and provide training of employees according to Workplace Skills Plan;
• Ensure the company code of conduct, policies and procedures are adhered to through performance evaluations on a regular basis;
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities;
• Assist with the restructuring of staff to optimise the effective implementation of projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Psychology or relevant;
• 5+ years of proven experience in counselling, psychological therapy and in information systems;
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English;
• Holder of a valid passport and available to travel whenever requested (within Southern African Countries).
