Workshop Manager

The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Workshop Manager, for Maputo.

Duties

• Plan and manage maintenance of all machinery, vehicles and infrastructure;
• Propose upgrades to company assets, systems and processes;
• Develop, design and maintain procedures for the workshop and take part in negotiations with suppliers;
• Manage, monitor and train employees;
• Elaborate detailed report to the higher managers.

Requirements

• Technical or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanics or related;
• 3+ years of Workshop management experience in the FMCG sector;
• IT proficient;
• Exceptional leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
