Responsibilities

• To actively sell parts to customers;
• Correctly identify the needs of the customer;
• Process parts orders and backorders efficiently and effectively;
• Provide feedback and status updates to the customer.

Requirements

• Grade 12;
• Relationship building skills;
• Very good business communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to process orders accurately and timeously;
• Ability to sell the value;
• Make use of reference material;
• Passion for the brand;
• Ability to diffuse difficult situations effectively;
• Ability to provide options;
• Mechanical understanding;
• Basic business and financial acumen;
• SAP Knowledge;
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English languages;
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge;
• Minimum 3 years in similar position;
• Mozambican Nationality;
• Age: 25 to 40.
