Permitting Lead (Heading) Tempo Inteiro

Heading Human Resources Mozambique is searching for a Permitting Lead (M/F) for Mozambique to be based in Palma – Cabo Delgado.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese;
• Minimum of 8 years in oil & gas industry project;
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in legal and procedural license application management in oil/ gas industry for green and brown field projects;
• Availability to travel outside of Mozambique for a period of 12 to 18 months for training;
• Have experience as Civil Engineer/Project or Construction Manager during the Engineering.
